1. If you are not applying in person, but through another person, a power of attorney is required for the LCC, NHIF, and our retail store. The power of attorney does not need to be notarized.
2. Electronic medical protocol issued by the LCC (Physician Consultative Commission) according to the profile of the disease – neurological, orthopedic, surgical, or oncological.
3. Within 7 days of the protocol's issuance, you will receive approval from the Regional Health Insurance Fund (RHIF) – a number and date – which will be communicated to you by phone via Viber / SMS.
4. You inform us of the received approval from the RHIF and receive the approved combined toilet chair.
5. It is issued for 6 years, after which you can reapply in the same manner.
6. Within the period of use, you are entitled to targeted assistance for repairs, tires, and bearings.
7. Warranty and post-warranty service is carried out in our own specialized service center.
