1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between ANGELO EOOD, UIC: 115768576, with registered office and management address at 54 Tsar Boris III Obedinitel Blvd., Plovdiv 4000, Bulgaria (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “ANGELO”), and the users (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer” or “you”) of the online store available at angelo.bg (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
By browsing or using the Website, as well as by placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Products and Information
ANGELO makes every effort to ensure that the product information available on the Website, including descriptions, images, technical specifications, and prices, is accurate and up to date. Inaccuracies or technical errors may occur. The Company is not liable for such errors but undertakes to correct them promptly once identified.
Some of the products offered may be provided under the procedures of the Bulgarian National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF). The applicable conditions and procedure are described in detail on the “NHIF” page of the Website. This information does not form part of these Terms and Conditions and is provided as an additional information service.
The Company reserves the right to change product descriptions, availability, and prices at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
4. Orders
An order placed through the Website is considered submitted after the Customer has provided the required information and confirmed the order. The order is considered accepted by the Company after explicit confirmation by telephone, email, or automated notification.
The Company reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of insufficient stock, an identified technical error in the price or description, suspected fraudulent or abusive activity, or an inability to contact the Customer for confirmation.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on the Website are in euros (EUR) and include VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Product prices do not include delivery costs unless otherwise stated for the relevant product.
Payment can be made using the methods displayed during checkout, including bank card, cash on delivery, or another payment method available on the Website at the time of the order.
6. Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the Customer through a partner courier company. Estimated delivery times are displayed on the Website and/or confirmed during order processing.
The Company is not liable for delays caused by the courier or by circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
7. Right of Withdrawal for Distance Orders
In accordance with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, a Customer who qualifies as a consumer under the applicable law has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receiving the goods, without providing a reason and without owing compensation or a penalty.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Company by email at info@angelo.bg or by telephone at 0888 98 7922 by submitting a clear statement of their decision to withdraw from the contract.
The goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, without signs of use, in their original packaging, and together with all accompanying documents. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal under Article 57 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act include, but are not limited to:
- Goods manufactured according to the Customer’s individual specifications or clearly personalised;
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery, including certain personal hygiene products;
- Goods that, due to their nature, have become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
8. Complaints and Warranty
For goods with a manufacturing defect or a lack of conformity with the contract, the Customer has the right to submit a complaint in accordance with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.

For products provided under the procedures of the NHIF, warranty and post-warranty services are provided in accordance with the conditions described on the “Service” and “NHIF” pages of the Website.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, and the “ANGELO” trademark, is owned by the Company or used on a lawful basis and is protected under applicable copyright and related rights legislation.
Copying, distributing, or otherwise using the Website’s content without prior express written consent is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for damage resulting from the improper use of purchased products or from use that is inconsistent with the instructions provided by the manufacturer or the Company.
11. Governing Law
All matters not expressly regulated by these Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable Bulgarian law, including the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, the Bulgarian Electronic Commerce Act, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
