Procedure for obtaining a free combined toilet chair:

  1. If you are not applying in person, but through another person, a power of attorney is required for the LKC (Doctors' Consultative Commission) and the NHIF (National Health Insurance Fund). The power of attorney does not need to be notarized.
  2. An electronic medical protocol issued by the LKC (Doctors' Consultative Commission) according to the disease profile – neurological, orthopedic, surgical, or oncological.
  3. Within 7 days of the protocol's issuance, you will receive approval from the RHIF (Regional Health Insurance Fund) – a number and date – which will be communicated to you by phone via Viber / SMS.
  4. You inform us of the approval received from the RHIF and receive the approved combined toilet chair.
  5. The combined toilet chair is granted for 6 years, after which you can apply again in the same manner.
  6. Within the service life, you are entitled to targeted assistance for repairs, tires, and bearings.
