We deliver to all locations across Bulgaria. Delivery within Plovdiv is free of charge. For destinations outside Plovdiv, the delivery fee depends on the distance.

Do you have a contract with the NHIF for repairs?

Our service centre also has a contract with the NHIF. When an assistive device has been provided through the NHIF, eligible repairs and replacement parts are funded by the NHIF. You can find more information about the service life of assistive devices and eligibility for NHIF-funded repairs here.

How long does it take to receive an assistive device?

For powered wheelchairs, the service life is 6 years, with entitlement to one major repair, tyres and bearings every 2 years, and batteries every 3 years.

For manual wheelchairs, the service life is 4 years, with entitlement to one major repair and tyres and bearings every 2 years.

For combined commode chairs, the service life is 6 years, with entitlement to one major repair and tyres and bearings every 2 years.
