Procedure for obtaining a combined commode chair with funding from the NHIF (National Health Insurance Fund):

1. If you are not applying in person, but through another person, a power of attorney is required for the LKK (Doctoral Consultative Commission). The power of attorney does not need to be notarized.
2. Electronic medical protocol issued by the LKK (Doctoral Consultative Commission) for the specific illness – neurological, orthopedic, surgical or oncological.
3. Within 7 days of the protocol's issuance, you will receive approval from the RHIF (Regional Health Insurance Fund) – a number and date – which will be communicated to you by phone via Viber or SMS message.
4. You inform us of the approval received from the RHIF and receive the approved combined commode chair. RHIF funding is 200 BGN. The difference to the chair's price is paid by the client.
5. They are granted for 6 years, after which you can apply again in the same manner.
6. Within the operating period, you are entitled to targeted assistance for repairs, tires, and bearings.
7. Warranty and post-warranty service is provided in our specialized service center.
