3. Within 7 days, you receive approval from RZOK – you will be notified via Viber or SMS.
4. You inform us of the RZOK approval and receive the wheelchair.
5. The wheelchair is granted for a period of 4 years, after which you can reapply.
6. Within the operating period, you are entitled to targeted assistance for repairs, tires, and bearings.
7. Warranty and post-warranty service for the wheelchair is carried out in our own specialized service center.
