The Moretti Ardea Mobility 240 CN240 is an electric mobility scooter designed to support independent movement for people with reduced mobility. It combines a maximum user weight of 180 kg, a powerful motor and practical equipment for comfortable everyday use and longer journeys.

The 1100 W four-pole motor provides a maximum speed of 15 km/h. Two 12 V / 75 Ah batteries deliver a stated travel range of over 49 km under suitable operating conditions.

For additional convenience, the scooter features a swivel, folding and depth-adjustable seat, adjustable armrests, an adjustable steering column and rear-view mirrors. Front and rear suspension and pneumatic tyres help provide a more comfortable ride across different surfaces.

Comfort and operation

Obtaining an electric mobility scooter through the NHIF

This electric mobility scooter may be provided through Bulgaria’s National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF) when there are medical indications, a medical document issued by an LCC, TELK or NELK medical commission, and approval for the corresponding type of mobility aid. The applicable conditions and the amount paid by the NHIF depend on the prescription and the current official specification.
