Accessories, repairs and the Bulgarian NHIF

A powered wheelchair may be supplied through the Bulgarian NHIF when the relevant clinical conditions, documents and approval are present. This does not mean that freely selected commercial accessories such as covers, canopies and holders are reimbursed separately. Any repair activity or specific component must be checked against the approval, NHIF code and current specification.
