The Variteks 951 lymphedema arm sleeve with belt provides Class II medical compression of 20–30 mmHg. It is designed to manage swelling associated with postoperative and post-traumatic lymphedema of the upper limb.

The sleeve covers the arm from the base of the fingers to the shoulder. The fingers remain open, while the shaped thumb opening helps keep the garment correctly positioned. An adjustable belt passes over the shoulder and across the chest to hold the sleeve securely during wear.

Anatomical knitting around the elbow allows the arm to bend more easily and helps the fabric fit evenly around the limb. The sleeve is made from original medical LYCRA® and microfibre yarns, creating a lightweight, fine and breathable structure that helps manage moisture.

Size selection and use

A medical compression sleeve should be selected using accurate arm measurements and the manufacturer’s current sizing chart. Measurements should preferably be taken in the morning when swelling is usually less pronounced.

Apply the sleeve evenly without twisting, folding or creating creases. The anatomical section should align with the elbow, while the belt should hold the sleeve securely without placing excessive pressure on the shoulder or chest.

Class II compression should only be used when prescribed by a doctor, lymphedema specialist or another qualified healthcare professional.
