The Ottobock Dorso Direxa Basic back orthosis provides medium-level stabilization of the lumbar and lower thoracic vertebrae and is designed to relieve moderate pain in the lower thoracic and lumbar region. It is also suitable for moderate degenerative changes of the relevant vertebrae.

It is made of a hypoallergenic, breathable polyamide-elastane textile fabric, with 4 posterior and 2 abdominal stays made of coiled pressed metal springs for additional stabilization, as well as a flexible strap for precise fit.
