Procedure for obtaining a free Ringo wheelchair:

  1. If you are not applying in person, but through another person, a power of attorney is required for the Medical Expert Commission (LKK) and the National Health Insurance Fund (NZOK). The power of attorney does not need to be notarized.
  2. Electronic medical protocol, issued by the Medical Expert Commission (LKK) according to the profile of the disease – neurological, orthopedic, surgical, or oncological.
  3. Within 7 days of the protocol's issuance, you will receive approval from the Regional Health Insurance Fund (RZI) – a number and date – which will be communicated to you by phone via Viber / SMS.
  4. You inform us of the received RZI approval and receive your approved wheelchair.
  5. They are granted for 6 years, after which you can apply again following the same procedure.
  6. Within the period of use, you are entitled to targeted assistance for repairs, tires, and bearings.
  7. Warranty and post-warranty service is performed in our own specialized service center.
