1. Granted to children up to 18 years of age, as well as short-statured adults.
2. Electronic medical protocol from the Medical Consultative Commission (LCC) (according to the disease profile – neurology, orthopedics, surgery, or oncology).
3. Within 7 days, you will receive approval from the Regional Health Insurance Fund (RHIF) – you will be notified via Viber or SMS.
4. You inform us of the RHIF approval and receive the wheelchair.
5. The wheelchair is granted for a period of 3 years, after which you can reapply.
6. Within the operational period, you are entitled to targeted aid for repairs, tires, and bearings.
7. Warranty and post-warranty service for the wheelchair is carried out in our own specialized service center.
