2. Electronic medical protocol issued by the LCC (Medical Consultative Commission) according to the profile of the disease - neurological, orthopedic, or surgical.
3. Within 7 days of the protocol's issuance, you will receive approval from the RHIF (Regional Health Insurance Fund) - number and date - which will be communicated to you by phone via Viber / SMS.
4. You notify us of the received approval from the RHIF and receive your allocated wheelchair.
5. They are granted for 6 years, after which you can apply again following the same procedure.
6. Within the operational period, you are entitled to targeted assistance for repairs, tires, and bearings.
7. Warranty and post-warranty service of the wheelchair is carried out in our own specialized service center.
